After a long struggle, a 6-year-long in-depth report was prepared, which was published on Monday and it was accepted in it that the blood scandal that happened during 1980 was due to the careless health department and the UK government, whose compensation was to be paid to 3000 people by lost his life.

The blood that was imported during treatment with Factor 8 was mainly brought from America and most of the blood donors were drug addicts and criminals who were suffering from many types of diseases due to which infectious diseases were imported and gross negligence was committed in this.
