Colombia breaks all diplomatic relations with Israel , Accused the Prime Minister of Israel of genocide

 Israel has suffered a major setback during the Israel-Palestine war. Colombia has severed all diplomatic ties with Israel. The President of Colombia has announced this. Addressing a program organized in Bogota on Wednesday to commemorate International Workers' Day, President Gustavo Petro said that we cannot remain inactive in the face of the Gaza crisis. He announced that tomorrow we will break all diplomatic ties with Israel just for such a government and for such a president who is a genocide. In early April, the Colombian government requested to join a case in the International Court of Justice (ICJ), accusing Israel of genocide. Colombia had said that the move was aimed at ensuring the safety of vulnerable populations in Gaza such as women, children, the disabled and the elderly. The Colombian President had expressed his intention to cut diplomatic ties with Israel on several occasions since the United Nations Security Council passed a resolution on a ceasefire in Gaza in March. 

 

Let us tell you that in this war Israel is losing its support in the international group because recently many nations have raised their voice against Israel and a case is going on against the Prime Minister of Israel and top officials of Israel in the International Criminal Court located in Israel. There are chances that an arrest warrant may be issued against them. But it seems that Israel is not going to stop even after this because it is clearly visible from Israel's actions that Israel will not agree without taking the action that it is going to take at Rafah border in the southern part of Gaza. We hope that this war ends soon and innocent people do not lose their lives.
