Phillies Salute to Service presented by Toyota.

Hello and I welcome you all at Global affairs today, Phillies Salute to Service presented by Toyota. The Phillies and Toyota will also highlight the important work of Military Connected, dedicated to improving the lives of America's military-connected community through employer education, talent engagement and data-driven research.  

The US Navy Leap Frog Parachute Team will make a special jump into the ballpark during this event! 

The Phillies and Toyota will honor several local military heroes on the field including: World War II veteran Paul Trumbetas, who recently received a Salute to Service surprise during his 100th birthday;

Kyle Hoffman, representing the Military Connected, will be honored with a Change of Base courtesy of Toyota in the bottom of the 3rd inning.

Tiffany McKinney will sing "God Bless America" ​​in the middle of the 7th inning.

Phillies Day-of-Game employees will be honored on the CP Rankin Rooftop.

The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Cindy Shankin, representing the Military Connected, courtesy of Toyota.

The National Anthem will be sung by Staff Sgt. Danielle Hedrick.

1,000 fans receive a voucher for a Phillies Salute to Service bucket hat.

Saturday, May 18, 2024 - 5:15 p.m.  It will be organized in , Field, Citizens Bank Park.

  This is a very useful ceremony to honor soldiers and thank them for their service, and American military feels very proud of it.
