Good news for India Kuno National Park Cheetah Gamini give birth to 6 cubs.

 Hello and I welcome you all at Global affairs. Recently India the Union environment minister Bhupendra Yadav has come on Twitter(X) and Twitted that Chitta Gamini has given birth to six cubs in Kuno National Park.

This is a good news for India because a week ago there was some reports claiming that Chitta Gamini has given birth to 5 cubs, but recently India's Union environment minister Bhupendra Yadav has confirmed that Chitta Gamini has given birth to 6 cubs, not five.

This is excellent news for India's Cheetah rehabilitation project. This is a very good news because before Gamini,  two Cheetah mothers, Jwala and Asha had also given birth to cubs but only a few of them survived.

But it is being told that Gamini sex cubes are healthy and a team of expert doctors is continuously keeping an eye on them.

Why is this news important for India?

The news is very important for India because in September 2022, PM Narendra Modi released Namibian cheetahs under the Cheetah conservation and Rehabilitation plan in Kuno National Park.

But in the beginning India had to face some failures due to Extreme heat and cheetahs died but now 6 cubs were born to Gamini and one of Jwala who survived, due to this, the project has got new life.
