Narayan Murti gifted shares worth ₹240 crore to grandson. Infosys Shares

 Hello and I welcome you all at Global affairs. recently Infosys founder Narayan Murthy has gifted Shares worth more than ₹240 crores to his grandson ekagra Rohan Murthy. After donating the Shares to his grandson, Narayan Murthy stake in company has come down from 0.40 per cent to 0.36 per cent. After this donation now he holds about 1.51 crores of Shares in company.


Narayan Murti and Sudha Murthy has become grandparents in November when their son Rohan Murthy and daughter in law Aparna Krishnan gave birth to a baby boy.

Let us tell you that now ekagra Rohan Murty has 15,00,000 share or 0.04 percent stake in Indias  second largest Information Technology service company.

Narayan Murthy founded Infosys in the year 1981. the company was listed on NASDAQ that in March 1999.



Some time ago, a statement of Narayana Murthy had come into the limelight because in it he had said that Indians should work 70 hours a week because it is necessary for the progress of India because India is the fastest growing economy in the world. After this, people  He expressed a lot of objections because due to 70 hours of work, people's family structure will deteriorate because people will not be able to give time to their families and they will be completely cut off from social life, hence many Indians reacted sharply to his statement.
