After donating the Shares to his grandson, Narayan Murthy stake in company has come down from 0.40 per cent to 0.36 per cent. After this donation now he holds about 1.51 crores of Shares in company.
Narayan Murti and Sudha Murthy has become grandparents in November when their son Rohan Murthy and daughter in law Aparna Krishnan gave birth to a baby boy.
Let us tell you that now ekagra Rohan Murty has 15,00,000 share or 0.04 percent stake in Indias second largest Information Technology service company.
Narayan Murthy founded Infosys in the year 1981. the company was listed on NASDAQ that in March 1999.
