According to American media reports, the name of the person who fired the shot is Thomas Matthew. Immediately after the shot, a sniper of the Secret Service shot him.

There is absolutely no place for political violence in American democracy. We don't yet know exactly what happened at the Pennsylvania rally, but we can all breathe a sigh of relief knowing that former President Trump was not seriously injured'.
